What Our R&D Team Does
Material Research
Our team continuously tests new leather grades, synthetic fabrics, impact-absorbing foams, and knuckle armour composites to identify materials that offer superior performance at competitive cost.
Pattern Development
We design and refine glove patterns using CAD software and physical prototyping to optimise fit, dexterity, and comfort across different hand shapes and riding styles.
Safety Testing
Prototypes are subjected to comprehensive abrasion, impact, cut, and flex testing in our in-house lab before submission to accredited third-party CE testing laboratories.
OEM Customisation
Our R&D team works closely with wholesale buyers to co-develop custom glove designs — unique colourways, branding placements, material combinations, and feature specifications.
